What are my records worth?
Six answers give an indicative range. The final figure follows a read-only audit of the actual systems, and it is written into the licence before anything is exported.
How the number is set
Six things move it. Nothing else does.
We never quote a figure before counting. The estimator gives a range; the audit gives the number.
- Years of history
- Three is our usual floor. Depth is worth more than volume: a decade of one firm outranks a year of five.
- Headcount at peak
- More people, more recorded work. The bands are 1 to 10, 11 to 50, 51 to 200, 201 to 500, and above.
- Systems that link
- Each system that can be joined to the same people, clients and cases makes the corpus more coherent, which is worth more than more rows.
- Outcomes recorded
- Records that say how each case ended, paid or denied, accepted or amended, closed or churned, are what a model learns from.
- Industry
- Regulated, expert work where the outcome is recorded prices highest: billing, insurance, title, accounting, law, clinics.
- Access
- Administrator access, or a clean export, keeps the figure whole. Lapsed subscriptions lose records fast.
