Every system your business ran. None of the work is yours.

We run the export with you or your IT provider, using each system's own export tools or read-only access we use once and then hand back. If your software is not listed, it almost certainly still works.

Yes. You own your business records and can license a copy. Where they contain other people's protected information the law governs how it is de-identified and who may receive it, and we follow it: HIPAA Expert Determination for health data, a Business Associate Agreement with covered entities, US-only storage, and screening of every buyer against US data-transfer rules.

No one outside Enjamb Labs sees a client's name, contact details or identifiers; they are replaced before anything leaves our systems, and buyers are contractually barred from re-identification. Whether to tell clients is your decision.

Closed businesses qualify. The urgent part is access: hosted software purges data thirty to ninety days after a subscription lapses. If you are closing, contact us before cancelling anything.

AI laboratories, to train and evaluate models on how real work is done inside the software it is done in. Training and evaluation only: no resale, no redistribution, no re-identification.

Yes. We pay a referral fee on completed licences and sign a non-circumvention agreement first.
