1. These terms
These Terms of Use govern enjamblabs.com (the "Site"), operated by Enjamb Labs, Inc. By using the Site you agree to them. They do not govern any data licence, supply agreement or delivery; those are governed by the written agreement that covers them, summarised in the Data Licence Summary.
2. Estimates are indicative
The payout estimator on the Site produces an indicative range from the answers you give. It is not an offer, a valuation or a commitment. Any figure we agree to pay is set only in a signed licence after a read-only audit of the actual records.
3. Intake submissions
Submitting an intake sends the information you enter to Enjamb Labs so we can assess fit and respond. It does not create an agreement, grant us any access to any system, or permit any export. You confirm that you are authorised to discuss the records on behalf of the business named. Do not include client, patient or other third-party personal information in the form.
4. Content and intellectual property
The Site and its content are owned by Enjamb Labs or its licensors. Descriptions of datasets, environments and methods are general and may change; they are not specifications for any particular delivery. You may not scrape the Site, reproduce its content for commercial purposes, or use it to build a competing catalogue.
5. No warranty; limitation of liability
The Site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Enjamb Labs disclaims all warranties in relation to the Site and is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here applies to a signed agreement, which sets out its own terms.
6. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions about the Site go to founders@enjamblabs.com. The Privacy Policy describes how information collected through the Site is handled.
