Corpora
Email, chat, tickets, CRM, ledgers and documents from one business, entity-consistent across every tool, with the outcome attached.
Years of records from real businesses, de-identified, and digital twins of the industry software they ran. Owners are paid for records they already have. Labs get expert work as it actually happened, in the context of a whole business, with the consequences attached.

How it works
01
Operating and winding-down businesses in regulated, expert work license three or more years of records to us, in the software they actually ran.
02
Every identifier out, every relationship intact. Consistent pseudonyms across every tool, dates shifted with intervals kept, rare events generalized, a re-identification test before anything ships.
03
We rebuild the vertical software as a digital twin and seed it with the de-identified history, so the environment has a past a model can be asked about.
04
Tasks come from what actually happened. Graders check the result against what the outside world said: paid, accepted, docketed, closed. Held-out slices become evals.
For labs
Email, chat, tickets, CRM, ledgers and documents from one business, entity-consistent across every tool, with the outcome attached.
Digital twins of the industry-specific software the business ran, seeded with its de-identified history. API and computer-use access, tasks from the record, graders that check against what the outside world said.
Held-out slices that were never in a training delivery, scored with the same verifiers, refreshed as new records arrive.
Sensitivity
Raw records are stored in the United States only, encrypted and access-logged. Identifiers are replaced with entity-consistent surrogates, dates are shifted per entity with intervals preserved, rare events are generalized, and every dataset passes a k-anonymity gate and a re-identification red team before delivery. Health data goes through HIPAA Expert Determination. Card data never enters the pipeline, seller exclusions are enforced by hash, and every delivery is watermarked.
In most cases, yes. Your business owns its operational records, and the licence covers training and evaluation only, with your exclusions annexed. Where the records hold other people's protected information, such as patients, the law governs how it is de-identified and who may receive it, and we follow it: HIPAA Expert Determination, a Business Associate Agreement, US-only storage. Counsel reviews the licence before signature.
No. The buyer receives a de-identified dataset under a code name. Company names, people, addresses, account numbers and logos are replaced or removed consistently across every source, and the buyer is contractually barred from attempting re-identification. You review a sample before delivery.
Only a small named group at Enjamb Labs, under least privilege, with every access logged. The raw export never leaves our own pipeline and is never handed to another company. Buyers see the de-identified dataset and nothing else.
It depends on years of history, headcount at peak, how many systems can be linked to the same people and cases, whether outcomes are recorded, and how regulated the work is. The estimator on the sell page gives a range; a read-only audit gives the figure, and it is written into the licence before anything is exported.
One fifteen-minute call, a scoping pass, and either a native export from each system or read-only access we use once. Most owners spend under two hours in total. No engineer is needed on your side.
The full record of how a business in regulated, expert work actually ran: email, chat, tickets or cases, CRM, practice or claims management, accounting and documents, with the outcome of each case recorded. Medical billing, insurance and adjusting, title and escrow, accounting and tax, law, clinics, collision and dealers, managed IT. Three or more years of history.
From businesses that license it to us directly, each under a signed training-only licence. Nothing is scraped or bought from brokers, and data from customers of the Enjamb platform is never used. Every delivery ships with its licence chain, method document and watermark.
